Why Mental Fitness Daily Works
The biggest reason wellbeing programs stall isn't the content - it's that they don't fit into a busy day.
Not everyone is cut out for meditation, and most programs don't give people enough choice in how they engage.
Mental Fitness Daily is built specifically to remove that friction.
- Short on time? That's okay. Each day of the program is one 15-minute video session - that's it. Designed to fit into almost anyone's busy schedule.
- Choose from two lengths of program. We offer two lengths of program. Our flagship 28-Day Mental Fitness Reset (7 total hours of training), or the more concise 14-Day Mental Fitness Challenge (3.5 total hours of training).
- Fits around existing routines. Employees pick one moment each day - a coffee break, a commute, a wind-down before bed - and stack the session onto it. No need to carve out new time.
- No prior experience needed. Employees log in and start immediately, with no onboarding, preparation, or prerequisite required.
- More than passive watching. Each session is interactive — short reflection prompts and a practical takeaway, not just a video to sit through.
- Missing a day isn't a setback. There's no streak to lose and no need to restart from scratch. Employees just pick up the next session whenever they're ready - which matters when workloads spike.
- Works on any device. Browser, tablet, phone, or the Mental Fitness Daily app - employees can watch wherever suits them, including on company devices with download restrictions.
- The habit outlasts the program. Employees finish with tools they keep using every day, and keep talking about together months later.
Built so your people can trust it.

That can happen. We've built the program using best-practice pedagogical principles, and most importantly, the simple 15-minute session lengths.
Sessions can be completed flexibly — there's no penalty for missing a day and no need to restart. We also provide onboarding guidance for organisations on addressing common engagement barriers and how to position the program for maximum effect.
No, and this is intentional. Company admins can see enrolment and aggregate participation data, but never individual reflections or personal data. By engaging an external partner like us, this is what allows employees to engage honestly.
No. The program runs entirely in-browser, which is ideal where company download restrictions apply. The Mental Fitness Daily app is also available for participants who prefer it, but it's optional.
Mental Fitness Daily is Resilience Agenda’s new online learning platform, available as an app and in your browser. It delivers short-form, daily and interactive 15-minute training sessions to help you build habits and skills that improve your Mental Fitness.
Mental health is often used to describe how we’re feeling - especially when something’s not quite right. But there's more to mental health than just 'illness' or things going wrong.
Mental Fitness is different. It's about thinking of mental health as something we can protect and build, just like our physical fitness.
Unlike waiting until we lose our mental health, or we're in a crisis, Mental Fitness helps us find ways to incorporate skills and routines into our lives that help us protect our mental health, build our resilience, and support our goals.
It’s a proactive, positive and practical way to think about protecting and improving our mental health, no matter where we start. The best part is that you don't need a problem to get started. It's a common-sense new language for thinking about and taking action on resilience and wellbeing, which makes it open to everyone.
Mental Fitness Daily is for anyone interested in learning a positive, practical and preventative approach to managing and strengthening their mental health.
The whole idea of Mental Fitness is that it's something everyone can learn and improve over time.
That's because Mental Fitness is just like physical fitness, and can be built in the same way. We believe Mental Fitness is the future of mental health.
If you currently have a diagnosis of mental illness, the topics and skills in the program should be helpful as you discover what you can do to protect and improve your mental health.
If you are doing okay, but don't have a diagnosis, but you're sometimes stressed, overwhelmed, or anxious, the Mental Fitness concept will give you practical tools to take action today.
If you are doing well, and you want a new and exciting way to engage people with wellbeing or mental health, the Mental Fitness concept will appeal to you.

- Stay calm and act on your values under pressure
- Recognise and overcome thinking traps that lead to overthinking
- Reinterpret mistakes and failures more helpfully
- Build habits to support sleep, nutrition and movement for better mental health
No. We just called it the Challenge because we thought it was a cool name.
Each day of the training program consists of one 15 minute video, a handful of reflection questions, and a final action step to try to work into your routine.
The only effort required is to make time to watch the video, and give yourself a few moments to reflect on what you've learnt.
There are no scary physical challenges, risky conversations to worry about.
Not at all. You can do one 15 minute session each day, or you can space it out and do one per week, or one every few days. It's up to you.
We'd recommend trying to become consistent with allocating a few minutes a day into your routine so you can reflect and reset.
One idea is to replace 15-minutes of your usual daily online activity (i.e. the news or social media) with a training session for a period of time. Or try fitting a session into your daily commute or lunch break.
Forever. When you purchase access to one of our programs, you'll receive lifetime access to the material, which means you can go back and watch it all over again, or revisit your favourite insights and tools.
Pricing varies by country, based on local tax and currency settings.
If you would like to purchase multiple access licences for your organization, please visit our Contact page and write to us. We'll get back in touch and set up a time to show you how it all works in detail.
Jump onto our contact page and get in touch and one of our team will arrange a time for you to see a demo and ask questions.
